OUTLOOK 2003 EMAIL SETUP
1. Open Outlook, in the top menu bar, Click the
"Tools" menu and choose "E-mail
Accounts..."

2. Select "Add a new e-mail account"

3. These instructions apply only to POP3 email accounts.
Select POP3.

4. Fill in the blanks following the example below.

Type your name, or Company Name (whichever you want to
show up when you send email), and enter your email address

For accounts hosted with us, enter your domain name as
shown in the example. Do not use www. or http://
Type your Incoming mail server as: yourdomain.com
8. Type your Outgoing mail server as: yourdomain.com
(if
you get errors when sending email, you may need to change this to your
ISP's smtp server, such as smtp.earthlink.net...contact your ISP for
information.

The username (for our hosted accounts) is your full
email address and password

Click the Test Settings button to verify all settings
are correct.

5. Click Next and FinishIf you have more than one email account, then just repeat
