Some of the useful information
provided:
Number of site visitors
How they found your site
How long they stayed on your site
What pages they entered/exited from
Keyword phrases used
Search engines they found your site on
Unique Visitor: A unique visitor is a one computer that has made at least
1 hit on 1 page of your web site during the current period shown by the
report. If visitor host makes several visits during this period, it is
counted
only once. So I can visit the site 5 different times on one day from one
computer and be counted as one unique visitor.
Hits: Any files requested from the server. This includes the page itself and
every image on it. Each "item" that the server displays counts
as one hit. A common misconception is that this is how many visitors you
had.
