The client is engaging Radar Web Works as an independent consultant
for the purpose of web site design or re-design.

For all new projects, an estimate is provided based on your written
specifications and after review of all documents you provide.
Estimates are valid for 30 days.
A 50% deposit, based on the estimate, is required before work begins and is
non-refundable.

A typical full design web site project takes 15 to 30 days from the time your
deposit is received- much of this depends on how quickly you are able to provide
the necessary content. Projects not completed within 30
days due to non-receipt of content or requests for additional work beyond the
scope of the initial estimate, will be issued a progress invoice of 50% of the
balance. At the end of 60 days or upon completion of the site, whichever comes
first, an invoice for the remaining balance is issued. Web sites are published
to your server under your domain name once all payments have been received. Any
changes or additions to the original project scope are billed separately.

All payments are due by the due date stated on the
invoice.

Once the client's web site is approved and published to their
domain, any changes to the content are billable at the standard
hourly rate of $60.00/hour and are due on receipt.

Late payments will incur a late fee of $15.00 for each 30 days past due. If
files created by Radar Web Works have been uploaded to your server, we reserve
the right to remove such files until payments are current.

Checks returned as NSF will incur a $25.00 returned check fee plus any bank fees
charged to Radar Web Works.

All text, images, logos, other graphics, PDF files and other documents are to be
sent via email. Should files be too large to email, a service such as
YouSendIt.com or YourFileLink.com is recommended or mailing a CD with your files may be necessary.

All work in progress for new web sites is presented for your approval.
Client is notified via email of the link to view their in-progress
site. Design and layout is based on samples provided by the client,
specifications, and web site best practices. Up to 3
design modifications are made. Beyond this incurs additional fees based on the
hourly rate of $60.00/hour.

The website, graphics and any custom programming code remain the property of
Radar Web Works until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

Any scripts, CGI applications, PHP scripts, or software remain the copyright of
the author and may not be commercially reproduced or resold without express
permission from the author.

A small text link to Radar Web Works may be placed at the bottom of the home
page of each web site we create.

Radar Web Works cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements
caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any
material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to
use such material. Usually an email from the copyright owner is sufficient.
Phone calls authorizing use are not acceptable.

Radar Web Works assumes no responsibility or liability for the content of the
websites it designs and/or hosts and has no control over any information,
materials, or products found thereon. Clients are responsible for all content on their web site.
